I have a special interest in working with women and children, establishing a strong and trusting rapport with them

Cassandra is a caring and compassionate Counselling Psychologist. She works to provide you with a safe and calming space to help reduce your distress, build your resilience, and improve your connection to life.

Cassandra takes a holistic approach to understand you as a person presenting with a problem, rather than focusing purely on the problem. She tailors the treatment to suit you as an individual and utilises various modalities in her approach, including client-centered Play Therapy (CCPT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) and Mindfulness.

Since 2013, Cassandra has worked as an individual and group therapist in community health, private practice, and in a tertiary education setting.

Cassandra has a special interest in working with women and children, establishing a strong and trusting rapport with them.
