I have a strong focus on the clinical practice areas of paediatrics and pregnancy/ post-natal care.
Emily is a registered osteopath with over thirteen years clinical experience. Emily completed a Graduate Certificate in Neonatal and Infant Paediatric Manual Therapy in 2012, and received the Advanced Paediatric Osteopath (tertiary) title from Osteopathy Australia in 2019. Emily also qualified as an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant in 2018.
Emily takes a patient-centred approach to osteopathic care for the whole family with a strong focus on the clinical practice areas of paediatrics and pregnancy/ post-natal care. Emily particularly enjoys supporting young families through stages of growth and development, and has a significant focus on assisting families with complex breastfeeding issues.
Additional to private practice, Emily has extensive teaching experience across various osteopathic teaching roles and currently volunteers as a member of the Osteopathy Australia Paediatric Clinical Practice Group leadership committee. Emily is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency and is a member of Osteopathy Australia and Lactation Consultants of Australia and New Zealand.
